Event and venue medical cover is a must for any large-scale event. Venues hosting festivals, sports events and festivals will attract huge crowds, and with that comes the risk of accidents and injuries. That’s why it’s essential to have a team of qualified medical staff on hand to deal with any emergencies that may occur.
Before the event we will work closely with you to ensure you have the right level of cover in line with the appropriate legislation(s). Where appropriate we will provide a full medical plan that is circulated to yourselves and any external organisations involved (e.g. the local Ambulance Trust).
When it comes to cover, the minimum grade of staff we use are “First Responders” with a Level 3 qualification. Each team member has access to plenty of resources to enable us to provide everything from a simple roving patrol all the way up to an emergency response and First Aid.
Post event we will make sure you have all the information you need including post-event support and medical reports to ensure you can satisfy any Health and Safety or your local authority requirements and reports.
